The Consultation
• Review invitation process (view here)
• Discuss your completed Vision sheet (fill it out

• Explore stationery options in regards to your budget
• Choose fonts that match your vision (view

• Decide on your stock paper color (view

Estimate & Service Contract
• 3-5 days following the
consultation, you will receive the Estimate, Design Timeline and
Contract
• If you decide to move forward
with Perfect Day Invitations, we require the signed Contract and a
non-refundable 50% deposit to continue with the design
process
Design Process
• Provide us with the
wording (coming
soon)
• Receive at least three
digital mockups through email to review
• Up to three rounds of changes
before final design is approved
• Entire design process may
take 1-3 months depending on the complexity and number of
revisions
Digital Proof & Printing
• Receive final design proof
before going to the printer
• After approved, Perfect Day
Invitations will not be responsible for any reprint
costs
• Receive final invoice and pay
final payment
• Printing will take
approximately three days
Receive Your Printed Pieces
• If assembly is required, you
will receive your final pieces after they have been assembled,
which may take 1 week-1 month depending on the complexity and
quantity requested
